结合国产创新诊疗装备应用不足现状,依托以三甲医院为中心的紧密型医联体服务模式,利用互联网、云计算等信息技术,构建基于区域医联体模式的国产创新诊疗设备示范推广服务模式和云平台,提升国产创新诊疗设备推广的有效性、完整性和可持续性。通过紧密型医联体中三甲医院的"硬件输出、技术输出、人才输出及管理输出",围绕临床疾病需求,以国产创新医疗器械产品应用示范工程为基础,融合对口支援、健康扶贫等系列国家战略,构建国产创新诊疗设备示范推广服务模式和云平台。上下联动,能有效提高国产设备认可度和基层医疗服务水平,进一步解决国产诊疗装备的发展不平衡不充分、示范应用模式单一以及质量管理不健全等突出问题。

Through the "hardware output, technology output, talent output, and management output" of the top three hospitals of the compact medical consortium, focusing on the needs of clinical diseases, based on the "Application Demonstration Project of Domestic Innovative Medical Device Products" implemented in the previous period, integrating a series of national strategies such as health and poverty alleviation, constructing a demonstration and promotion service model and cloud platform for China-made innovative medical equipment, which can effectively improve the recognition of China-made innovative medical equipment and the level of primary medical services, and further solve the outstanding problem of "unbalanced and insufficient development of China-made innovative medical equipment".
