摘要
近年来,伴随着专业建设、学科建设的逐步推进以及移动互联网的飞速发展,利用先进便捷的信息化技术进行管理升级是实验室改革的主要趋势。通过分析学院实验室设备预约管理现状,探讨基于微信小程序的实验室设备预约管理系统开发的必要性和可行性,尝试设计了系统的核心功能模块与基本工作流程,以期运用此系统简化流程,提高实验室管理效益,实现现有资源的最大化利用,进一步推动学院教学科研的稳步发展。
With the gradual promotion of professional construction and discipline construction and the rapid development of mobile Internet in recent years, the main trend of laboratory reform is to use advanced and convenient information technology for management upgrading. This thesis takes the analysis of the current situation of laboratory equipment reservation management in the college as a premise, exploring the necessity and feasibility of developing a laboratory equipment reservation management system based on WeChat applet. We try to design the core functional modules and basic workflow of the system in order to use this system to simplify the process, improve the efficiency of laboratory management, maximize the use of available resources, further contributing to the steady development of teaching and research in the college.
