“专创融合”视域下高校专业课教育教学改革探究——以医学院校《药理学》课程为例

Research on the Education and Teaching Reform of Specialized Courses in University from the Perspective of"Specialization and Integration"——Taking"Pharmacology"as an Example

深化高校创新创业教育改革是推进高等教育综合改革的突破口。通过“专创融合”课程建设,对于培养学生创造性思维,激发创新创业灵感尤为重要,但也面临诸多挑战。存在创新创业教育与专业教育融合不足、师资薄弱、实践手段单一等问题。以培养目标为依托,从师资队伍建设,改进教学方法,实践教学改革创新等八个方面,探索高校创新创业教育模式及实践路径,以期发现医学院校“专创融合”的潜能,为培养具有“双创”意识和能力的复合型高素质医学人才奠定基础。

Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is a breakthrough to promote the comprehensive reform of college education.The curriculum construction of"specialization and integration"is very important for cultivating students'creative thinking and stimulating students'inspiration for innovation and entrepreneurship,but it also faces many challenges.Among them,there are problems such as insufficient integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,weak teachers,and single practical means.Relying on the training goals,it explores the educational model and practice path of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities from eight aspects including the construction of the teaching staff,the improvement of teaching methods,and the reform of practical teaching.With a view to discovering the potential of"specialty and innovation integration"in medical schools,it will lay the foundation for cultivating compound high-quality medical talents with the awareness and ability of"double innovation".
