煤矿井下近水平钻孔反循环取心先导性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 取心钻探是煤矿井下地质异常体精准探查的主要技术手段。为确保反循环连续取心技术能够在煤矿井下顺利开展,进行了地面及井下先导性试验研究,分析了Φ89mm/42mm反循环取心钻具在近水平钻孔施工过程中取心效果、卡堵情况及地层适应性,总结了一套适用于近水平钻孔反循环取心施工的钻进工艺参数、施工过程中岩心卡堵的判别方法及相应的解卡方案,指出了该套反循环取心钻具在施工过程中出现的问题及原因,并有针对性的提出了改进措施,指出其应用于煤矿井下可能预见的其他问题并给出相关建议,为煤矿井下近水平钻孔水力反循环取心技术的开展提供参考。 Coring drilling is a main technical means to accurately explore coalmine underground geological anomalous bodies.To ensure reverse circulation continuous coring smoothly has carried out surface and underground pilot test study.The study has analyzedΦ89/42mm reverse circulation drilling tool coring results during subhorizontal borehole drilling process,as well as core sticking,plugging and strata adaptability;summarized a set of drilling technical parameters adaptable to operation of subhorizontal borehole reverse circulation coring,discrimination methods of core sticking and plugging during operation,and corresponding sticking removal scheme.The paper has pointed out the coring set problems and causations happened during operation,and targeted proposed improvement measures.Finally has pointed out other possible problems may happen in coalmine underground and proposed relevant proposals.Thus the paper can provide reference onto development of coalmine underground subhorizontal borehole hydraulic reverse circulation coring technology.
