摘要
目的探讨移动信息网格一体化管理模式在护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法在护理安全管理中实施移动信息网格一体化管理模式,比效实施前后的护理质量管理指标、护理不良事件发生率以及护理管理者、护士和患者的满意度。结果实施后护理质量管理指标、护理不良事件发生率以及护理管理者、护士和患者的满意度均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动信息网格一体化管理模式应用于护理安全管理中可提高护理质量,保障护理安全,提升护理管理者、护士和患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of mobile information grid-based integrated management mode on nursing safety management.Methods The nursing quality management index,the incidence of nursing adverse events and the satisfaction of nursing managers,nurses and patients were compared before and after the implementation of the integrated management mode in nursing safety management.Results The quality management index,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of nursing managers,nurses and patients were significantly better than before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated management model based on mobile information grid in nursing safety management can improve nursing quality,ensure nursing safety and improve the satisfaction of nursing managers,nurses and patients.
