摘要
目的调查本地区成年女性HPV基因型流行病学特征,为本地区宫颈癌防治提供重要依据。方法采用北京博晖微流控基因分析仪及配套试剂,对2019年1月—2020年12月在妇科门诊就诊的4886例女性患者进行HPV分型。结果妇科门诊HPV感染检出率为20.47%(1000/4886),其中高危型(HR-HPV)占17.25%;HR-HPV各亚型检出率前五位从高到低分别HPV52、HPV16、HPV58、HPV51和HPV53型;低危型(LR-HPV)感染型主要为44、42和81型;75%感染者为单一亚型,双重亚型和三重及以上亚型感染率分别为17%和8%;主要感染人群年龄为≤25岁和≥56岁组,分别为30.40%和27.36%。结论本研究表明HR-HPV与LR-HPV感染可能与地域、气候、经济条件、习俗及人口构成等因素有关,其感染率和基因型在不同地区和人群中存在差异。HPV基因分型检测对本地区宫颈癌的筛查和防治具有重要的指导意义。
Objective Provide crucial reference for cervical cancer prevention and treatment in local region by investigating the epidemiological characteristics of HPV genotypes in this area.Methods Use microfluidic flow control genetic analyzer with its supporting reagents from Beijing Bohui-tech to perform HPV typing on 4886 sample patients who went to the gynecology clinic of our hospital from January,2019 to December,2020.Results The positive rate of HPV infection in gynecological clinics was 20.47%(1000/4886),with high-risk type(HR-HPV)accounted for 17.25%among them.The top five detected HR-HPV subtypes,in descending order,are HPV52,HPV16,HPV58,HPV51,and HPV53.Low-risk HPV(LR-HPV)infection types are mainly HPV44,HPV42,and HPV81.Among all patients,75%are single subtype,while double and multiple subtypes accounted for 17%and 8%.Age of major infected population are≤25 years old and≥56 years old,with 30.40%and 27.36%respectively.Conclusion This research shows that HR-HPV and LR-HPV infection are potentially associated with geographical location,climate,economic condition,customs,and demographic composition,etc.The infection rate and genotype differ in different regions and populations.HPV genotyping testing has important guiding significance for the screening and prevention of cervical cancer in this region.
