摘要
远红外陶瓷作为一种新的功能材料,其远红外辐射可以促进水的解离,使水弱碱化,成为实验的重点,也是研究的核心。本文介绍了功能型紫砂过滤器制备的工艺及流程,研究远红外粉不同含量、不同坯体颗粒粒度及烧结温度制备功能型紫砂过滤坯体。实验采用分光光度计及pH值测定弱碱化水后性能等,结果表明,控制含量25%左右的远红外粉含量、烧结温度为1080℃及原料球磨后粒径在0.075mm之间等,功能型紫砂过滤坯体的红外辐射效果达到最佳。
As a new functional material,far-infrared radiation can promote the dissociation of water and make water weak alkalization,which is the focus of the experiment and the core of the research.This paper introduces the technology and process of the preparation of functional purple sand filter,and studies the preparation of functional purple sand filter blank with different content of far infrared powder,different particle size and sintering temperature.Spectrophotometer and pH value were used to measure the performance of weakly alkaline water.The results show that the infrared radiation effect of functional purple sand filter billet is the best,when the content of far infrared powder is 25%,sintering temperature is 1080℃and particle size is about 0.075mm after ball milling.
