钢弹簧隔振减震装置性能试验及其结构振动控制参数分析 被引量:3

Performance tests of steel spring vibration isolation device and analysis of its structural vibration control parameters

摘要 近年来,由钢弹簧隔振器和阻尼筒组成的钢弹簧隔振减震装置,被用于地铁沿线建筑结构的振动控制。目前,该装置在多向控制性能测试试验和参数分析研究方面存在不足,实际工程中大多采用验算法来满足设计要求,设计过程在实用性和最优性上存在不足。研究分别从竖向和水平向上进行了钢弹簧隔振器压剪性能试验和阻尼筒耗能试验,分析得到隔振器力学性能参数和阻尼筒耗能性能参数;接着以应用该装置的20层Benchmark模型为研究对象,通过数值模拟计算分别对竖向环境激励和水平向罕遇地震动输入下,隔振减震装置参数对结构振动控制效果影响进行了系统分析,研究分别给出了装置中隔振器和阻尼器有效性能参数的取值范围。研究成果可为钢弹簧隔振减震装置的结构振动控制应用提供参考和指导。 In recent years,the steel spring vibration isolation device composed of steel spring vibration isolator and damping cylinder is used for vibration control of building structures along subway.At present,the device has shortcomings in multi-directional control performance tests and parametric analysis;in practical engineering,the checking calculation method is mostly used to meet design requirements;there are lacks of practicability and optimality in design process.Here,compression and shear tests of steel spring vibration isolator and energy dissipation tests of damping cylinder were conducted in vertical and horizontal directions,respectively.The mechanical performance parameters of the vibration isolator and energy dissipation performance parameters of the damping cylinder were obtained through test data analysis.Then,taking a 20-story Benchmark model equipped with the device as the study object,effects of parameters of the device on the structural vibration control effect under vertical environment excitation and horizontal rare ground motion input,respectively were systematically analyzed through numerical simulation.Finally,effective ranges of performance parameters of vibration isolator and damping cylinder in the device were determined.It was shown that the study results can provide a reference and a guidance for application of steel spring vibration isolation devices in structural vibration control.
