摘要
矿井掘进工作面作业环境差,因粉尘浓度高、潮湿,掘进期间煤泥极易粘附于镜面上。基于此,文章提出一种掘进机摄像仪镜面清扫装置。此装置通过喷嘴吹扫和除尘刷清扫相结合的方法,迫使煤泥脱落。为获得除尘刷合理工作参数,特开展现场试验研究,试验结果证明:当铁皮安装螺距s取8 mm、刷毛丝径d取0.2 mm、镜面压缩量△d取2.6~5.3 mm时,除尘刷除尘效果最好。
Due to the poor working environment,high dust concentration,humidity and other reasons in the mine heading face,coal slime is very easy to adhere to the mirror surface during heading.Based on this,this paper puts forward a mirror cleaning device for roadheader camera.In this device,the coal slime is forced to fall off by the combination of nozzle purging and dust brush cleaning.In order to obtain the reasonable working parameters of the dust-removing brush,the field test was carried out.The test results show that the dust-removing effect of the dust-removing brush is best when the pitch s of iron sheet installation is 8 mm,the diameter d of bristles is 0.2 mm,and the amount of mirror compression△d is 2.6~5.3 mm.
