倾斜式卧位对新生儿溢乳发生率和睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Oblique Lying Position on Neonatal Galactorrhea Incidence and Sleep Quality

目的:研究倾斜式卧位对新生儿溢乳发生率和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2020年10月泉州市第一医院出生的新生儿180例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组采取平卧位,观察组采取倾斜式卧位,比较2种体位对于新生儿溢乳发生率和睡眠质量的影响,并比较家属满意度。结果:观察组新生儿溢乳发生率低于对照组;观察组的开奶时间更短,新生儿每日睡眠时间更长;经评估家属的满意度情况,观察组的新生儿家属满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取倾斜式卧位可以降低新生儿溢乳发生率,改善其睡眠质量,家属的满意度更高,优势显著,可进一步推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of oblique lying position on the incidence of galactorrhea and sleep quality in newborns.Methods:A toal of 180 newborns born in Quanzhou first hospital from March 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was in the horizontal position and the observation group was in the inclined position.The effects of the two positions on the incidence of neonatal galactorrhea and sleep quality were compared,and the satisfaction of family members was compared.Results:The incidence of milk sprhage was lower than in the control group;the observation group had shorter milk time and longer daily sleep in the observed group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The oblique lying position of newborns can reduce the incidence of galactorrhea and improve the sleep quality of newborns.The satisfaction of family members is higher and the advantages are significant.It can be further promoted and applied.
