分析肺力咳合剂对小儿支原体肺炎症状改善及睡眠质量的影响

Objective to Analyze the Effect of Feilike Mixture on the Improvement of Symptoms and Sleep Quality of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Tracheitis and Bronchitis in Children

目的:通过对小儿肺炎支原体气管炎症状及睡眠情况进行研究,采用肺力咳合剂进行治疗探究其效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的小儿肺炎支原体患儿60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。分别对对照组、观察组小儿肺炎支原体患儿采用阿奇霉素、肺力咳合剂进行治疗,比较症状改善情况及睡眠情况。结果:通过比对,其中观察组肺炎支原体患儿的总体有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的住院时间、心率恢复时间均高于观察组。通过对对照组、观察组小儿肺炎患儿在治疗后的睡眠质量比较,观察组治疗后的睡眠质量好、较好、差分别为20例、8例、2例,所占比例分别为66.67%、26.67%、6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用肺力咳合剂治疗小儿肺炎支原体气管炎效果明显改善,同时睡眠质量较好。

Objective:To study the symptoms and sleep of Mycoplasma pneumoniae tracheitis in children,and to explore the effect of Feilike mixture.Methods:A total of 60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae treated in Lingcheng District People′s Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Azithromycin and Feilike mixture were used to treat children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae in the control group and the observation group,and the improvement of symptoms and sleep were compared.Results:Through comparison,the overall effective rate of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and heart rate recovery time of the control group were higher than those of the observation group.According to the sleep quality of children with pneumonia in the control group and the observation group after treatment,the sleep quality in the observation group was medium,good,good and poor in 20 cases,8 cases and 2 cases respectively,accounting for 66.67%、26.67%、6.67%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Feilike mixture in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae tracheitis in children is obviously improved,and the sleep quality is better.
