整体护理干预对急性心肌梗死术后患者心功能及睡眠质量的影响效果分析

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function and Sleep Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探究整体护理干预应用于急性心肌梗死术后患者中对其症状的防控作用。方法:选取2020年1—12月联勤保障部队第九○九医院收治并采取手术治疗的急性心肌梗死患者116例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施整体护理干预,比较2组患者的临床疗效、心功能、睡眠质量以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心功能评分与睡眠质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死术后患者接受整体护理干预服务对其症状的控制作用明显,不仅可以提高患者的心功能,还可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the prevention and control of symptoms in patients after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 116 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 and underwent surgical treatment were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group with 58 cases each by the random number table method.The two groups implemented routine nursing and holistic nursing interventions respectively,and compared the clinical efficacy,heart function,sleep quality and complication rate of the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.The heart function score and sleep quality score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the conventional group,P<0.05.The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients receiving holistic nursing intervention after acute myocardial infarction have a significant effect in controlling their symptoms.It can not only improve the patient′s heart function,but also effectively improve the patient′s sleep quality,which is worthy of promotion.
