临床护理路径在上消化道出血护理中对患者睡眠及生命质量的影响

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Sleep and Quality of Life of Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:针对上消化道出血患者施以临床护理路径干预,观察对患者睡眠及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年8月陵城区人民医院内科收治的肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组施以常规护理干预,观察组施以临床护理路径干预,比较2组患者疾病治疗有效率、睡眠质量、生命质量。结果:观察组疾病治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组疾病治疗有效率为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者入睡时间、睡眠效率等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院当天2组患者生命质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时观察组患者生命质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对上消化道出血患者施以临床护理路径干预,患者睡眠质量及生命质量有效改善,疾病治疗有效率较高,该护理方法具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention on sleep and quality of life of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the department of internal medicine of Lingcheng people′s hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention.The disease treatment efficiency,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,and that in the control group was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep time and sleep efficiency of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the day of admission,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).On discharge,the quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality and life treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and the effective rate of disease treatment is high.This nursing method has clinical application value.
