优质护理对上消化道出血患者依从性和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing on Compliance and Sleep Quality of Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析优质护理对上消化道血患者依从性和睡眠质量的影响作用。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年10月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的上消化道出血患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,比较2组患者护理干预前后的依从性和睡眠质量。结果:观察组依从率为95.24%,高于对照组的76.19%;与对照组比较,观察组睡眠质量评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可有效提高上消化道出血患者依从性,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of quality nursing on the compliance and sleep quality of patients with upper gastrointestinal blood.Methods:A total of 84 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to the People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given quality care.Results:The compliance rate of observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of control group(76.19%).Compared with the control group,the sleep quality score of the observation group was lower,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
