多元护理在视网膜脱离患者围术期护理中的效果以及对睡眠的影响

Effect of Multiple Nursing Care in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Retinal Detachment and Influence of Sleep

目的:研究多元护理在视网膜脱离患者围术期护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年12月广州市第一人民医院收治的视网膜脱离患者50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用多元护理方案,比较2种护理方案的应用效果。结果:干预后,观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元护理应用于视网膜脱离围术期患者可以获得较为理想的临床效果,在改善术后疼痛程度、睡眠质量、护患关系等方面均有突出表现,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the application value of multiple nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with retinal detachment.Methods:A total of 50 patients with retinal detachment treated in Guangzhou first people′s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode and the observation group adopted the multiple nursing scheme.The application effects of the two nursing schemes were compared.Results:After the intervention,the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multiple nursing in perioperative patients with retinal detachment can obtain ideal clinical effect,which has outstanding performance in improving postoperative pain,sleep quality and nurse patient relationship,and is worthy of promotion and application.
