不同麻醉方法在直肠癌患者中的麻醉效果比较观察及对睡眠质量的影响研究

Comparison of Anesthetic Effects of Different Anesthesia Methods in Patients with Rectal Cancer and Study on the Influence of Different Anesthesia Methods on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨不同麻醉方法在直肠癌患者中的麻醉效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月谷城县人民医院收治的直肠癌患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组应用全身麻醉,观察组应用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉。结果:麻醉后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分(7.6±1.3)分、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分为(9.4±2.1)分,优于对照组的(8.8±1.9)分和(11.7±3.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.3%)低于对照组(21.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在直肠癌患者中,选择适合的麻醉方式可以明显降低患者发生不良反应的情况,同时,对患者的睡眠质量影响较小,在临床上值得进一步应用推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of different anesthesia methods in rectal cancer patients and the effect of anesthesia on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 92 rectal cancer patients admitted to Gucheng people′s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received general anesthesia,and the observation group received general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.Results:After anesthesia,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score(7.6±1.3)and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)score(9.4±2.1)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(8.8±1.9)and(11.7±3.8),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group(4.3%)was lower than that in the control group(21.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In rectal cancer patients,the choice of appropriate anesthesia can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,at the same time,the patient′s sleep quality has little impact,it is worth further application and promotion in clinical.
