硫辛酸联合持续气道正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者中的应用效果

Application of Lipoic Acid Combined with Continuous Positive Airway Pressure in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:探讨硫辛酸联合持续气道正压通气在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年11月深圳市中西医结合医院收治的OSAHS患者76例作为研究对象,按照入院时间分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组行持续气道正压通气治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合硫辛酸治疗,比较2组睡眠呼吸情况、氧化应激反应。结果:观察组治疗后动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)高于对照组,呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)较对照组高,丙二醛(MDA)较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫辛酸联合持续气道正压通气治疗OSAHS,可有效改善患者氧化应激反应及睡眠呼吸情况。

Objective:To explore the application effect of lipoic acid combined with continuous positive airway pressure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 76 OSAHS patients admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous positive airway pressure.Based on this,the observation group was treated with lipoic acid.The sleep respiration and oxidative stress reaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the apnea hypopnea index(AHI)was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the malondialdehyde(MDA)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lipoic acid combined with continuous positive airway pressure in the treatment of OSAHS can effectively improve the oxidative stress response and sleep breathing.
