用无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床效果及患者睡眠质量分析

Clinical Effect and Analysis of Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome Treated by Non-invasive Ventilator

目的:分析在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的临床治疗中,应用无创呼吸机的临床效果。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年12月哈密市中心医院呼吸科收治的COPD合并OSAHS患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组采用无创呼吸机治疗。比较2组治疗前后临床治疗效果,并用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)对睡眠状况进行分析。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠指数评分比对照组患者低,睡眠质量明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在COPD合并OSAHS患者的临床治疗中应用无创呼吸机进行治疗,能有效促进患者症状的改善,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator treat patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)combined with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OBS).Methods:A total of 80 patients with COPD complicated with OSAHS admitted to the Department of Respiratory Diseases of Hami Central Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given non-invasive ventilator treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the Sleep status was analyzed with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of COPD patients with OSAHS,the application of non-invasive ventilator can effectively promote the recovery of patients′symptoms,which is worthy of promotion and application.
