多导睡眠监测仪监测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的护理干预效果

Nursing Intervention of Polysomnography Monitor for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:观察多导睡眠监测仪监测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的护理干预效果。方法:选取2017年4月至2020年3月东营市河口区新户中心卫生院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者87例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=47)。2组患者均使用多导睡眠监测仪监测,其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。观察比较2组的护理效果。结果:观察组阻塞性暂停次数、睡眠潜伏时间、觉醒次数、低通气次数明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SAS评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多导睡眠监测仪监测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,配合综合护理,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the nursing intervention of polysomnography monitoring obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 87 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were enrolled from April 2017 to March 2020 in Hekou DistrictHekou District Xinhu Central Hospital.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=47).All patients were monitored by polysomnography.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.To observe the effect of nursing.Results:The times of obstructive pause,sleep latency,awakening and hypoventilation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The SAS score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Polysomnography monitoring obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,combined with comprehensive nursing,has significant effect and can be popularized.
