摘要
动力电池箱体是除了电芯之外的第二大组成部分,在动力电池电芯能量密度没有技术性突破的情况下,研究动力电池箱体的轻量化对于电动汽车的续航里程至关重要。本文系统的从动力电池的结构优化、材料轻量化以及底盘电池箱体集成三个方面阐述,并对底盘—电池箱体系统集成化设计进行了展望,认为其是未来动力电池箱体轻量化的一重要趋势。
The power battery box is the second major component besides the battery cell.In the absence of technological breakthroughs in the energy density of the power battery cell,the research on the lightweight of the power battery box is very important for the range of electric vehicles.This paper systematically elaborates on the three aspects of power battery structure optimization,material lightweight and chassis battery box integration,and prospects for the integrated design of the chassis-battery box system,which is considered to be the future trend of the light weight of the power battery box.
