摘要
汽车转向中间轴是转向系统中连接转向管柱和转向机可以传递扭矩并吸收路面激励的一种机械传动机构,它对于确保车辆行驶安全,减少交通事故及保护驾驶员的人身安全,改善驾驶条件起着至关重要作用。所以产品性能在前期开发设计时,务必进行充分的试验验证。本文介绍了几项典型的中间轴台架试验设计。
The steering intermediate axle bench is a mechanical transmission mechanism connecting the steering column and the steering gear in the steering system,which can transmit torque and absorb road excitation.It plays an important role in ensuring vehicle driving safety,reducing traffi c accidents,and protecting the driver's personal safety,and improving driving conditions.Therefore,the product performance in the early development and design,must be fully tested and verifi ed.This paper introduces several typical bench test designs of I-shaft.
