本文根据对福特“T”型汽车的研发过程的研究,阐述该车在研发过程中,如何从产品的初步构想到最终实现产品研发成功的,以及实现产品研发成功的要素。
Based on the research and development process of the Ford"T"car,this article explains how the car is developed from the initial idea of the product to the fi nal realization of the successful product development and the elements of the successful product development.
