There are many factors that aff ect the quality of automobiles.The quality management in the automobile production process is relatively diffi cult.Therefore,to survive and lead in the fi ercely competitive market,automobile companies must eff ectively control the quality of the entire production process and implement corresponding measures eff ectively.Practice has proved that to produce high-quality and relatively low-cost cars,it is necessary to continuously improve the management system,optimize production standards,and apply safe and environmentally friendly materials in the production process to improve product quality.This article mainly discusses the application of quality tools in automobile design and development.
