摘要
某车型在盐城试验场进行耐久试验,2.5万公里点检时发现左后轮卡钳摩擦片已到极限,报警片断裂,制动盘划伤,其他车轮未有异常出现。更换了摩擦片后再次在4.6万公里时出现了异常磨损,为解决该问题,本文对影响摩擦片磨损异常的因素进行了分析和实测,排查出手刹调整工序以及调整的方法对摩擦片异常磨损存在直接影响。经制造基地改善,解决了该问题。为平台车型的开发提供了技术支持!
A certain model was subjected to a durability test at the Yancheng Proving Ground.During the inspection of 25,000 kilometers,it was found that the friction plate of the left rear wheel caliper had reached its limit,the alarm plate was broken,the brake disc was scratched,and no abnormality appeared on other wheels.After replacing the friction plate,abnormal wear occurred again at 46,000 kilometers.In order to solve this problem,this article analyzed and measured the factors aff ecting the abnormal wear of the friction plate,and found out the adjustment process of the handbrake and the adjustment method to the abnormal wear of the friction plate.There is a direct impact.The problem was solved by improving the manufacturing base.The study provided technical support for the development of platform models!
