腹膜透析治疗对尿毒症患者营养状况、肾功能及并发症的影响

Influence of Peritoneal Dialysis on Nutritional Status, Renal Function and Complications of Patients with Uremia

目的探讨腹膜透析治疗对尿毒症患者营养状况、肾功能及并发症的影响。方法选取我院收治的70例尿毒症患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各35例。对照组采用血液透析治疗,实验组采用腹膜透析治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的营养状况、肾功能以及透析期间并发症发生情况。结果治疗3个月、6个月后,两组患者的MQSGA评分均明显高于治疗前,实验组的MQSGA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组的UA、BUN、Scr水平均明显低于治疗前,且实验组的UA、BUN、Scr水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组透析期间并发症发生率为5.71%,显著低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析与血液透析治疗尿毒症均可取得一定的效果,但腹膜透析能够明显改善患者的营养状况及肾功能,且透析期间并发症发生率更低。

Objective To explore the influence of peritoneal dialysis on nutritional status,renal function and complications of patients with uremia.Methods 70 cases of patients with uremia admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the experimental group was treated with peritoneal dialysis.The nutritional status and renal function before and after treatment,and the complications during dialysis were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the MQSGA scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the MQSGA scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the UA,BUN and Scr levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the UA,BUN and Scr levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during dialysis in the experimental group was 5.71%,significantly lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis can achieve certain effects in the treatment of uremia,but peritoneal dialysis can significantly improve the nutritional status and renal function of patients,with lower incidence of complications during dialysis.
