孕激素联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜癌的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Progesterone Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Endometrial Cancer

目的观察孕激素联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜癌的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的80例子宫内膜癌患者,依据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组采用米非司酮口服治疗,80 mg/次,1次/d;研究组在对照组基础上采用孕激素(醋酸甲羟孕酮)口服治疗,400 mg/次,1次/d。两组患者均治疗6个月,观察两组患者的临床疗效及蛋白表达情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为70.0%,显著高于对照组的47.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的PCNA、ER、PR水平低于对照组,BAX水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕激素联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜癌患者,能够有效抑制癌细胞增殖,显著提高癌细胞凋亡率,临床疗效较好,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of progesterone combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometrial cancer.Methods 80 cases of patients with endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was orally treated with mifepristone,80 mg/time,once daily.The study group was orally treated with progesterone(medroxyprogesterone acetate)on the basis of the control group,400 mg/time,once daily.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy and protein expression were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 70.0%,significantly higher than 47.5%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PCNA,ER and PR levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the BAX level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Progesterone combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with endometrial cancer can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells,and significantly improve the apoptosis rate of cancer cells,with better clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
