中医针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Chinese Acupuncture in the Treatment of Limb Dysfunction after Stroke

目的探讨中医针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月我院收治的中风后肢体功能障碍患者102例,随机分为两组各51例。对照组采用常规西药治疗与康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医针灸治疗。比较两组患者的神经功能、肢体功能和生活质量。结果治疗前,两组的NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肢体功能障碍Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比例高于对照组,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的KPS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍,可改善患者的肢体功能障碍程度,提升生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods 102 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine and rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with Chinese acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,limb function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the rates of limb dysfunction gradeⅠandⅡin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the rates of limb dysfunction gradeⅢandⅣwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the KPS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Chinese acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke can improve the limb dysfunction degree of patients,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
