自拟补肾壮骨方辅助治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果及对患者骨密度的影响

Clinical Effect of Self-Made Bushen Zhuanggu Recipe in the Adjuvant Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis and the Influence on Patients’ Bone Mineral Density

目的分析自拟补肾壮骨方辅助治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的临床效果及对患者骨密度的影响。方法将120例PMOP患者依据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=62)。对照组仅采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟补肾壮骨方辅助治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前后骨密度(BMD)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.71%,明显高于对照组的68.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的腰椎L_(2-4)、股骨颈BMD均高于治疗前,且观察组腰椎L_(2-4)、股骨颈BMD明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟补肾壮骨方辅助治疗PMOP效果显著,可有效提高患者的BMD,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Bushen Zhuanggu recipe in adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)and the influence on patients’bone mineral density(BMD).Methods 120 PMOP patients were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=62)according to different treatment methods.The control group was only treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with self-made Bushen Zhuanggu recipe on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,and the BMD before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.71%,significantly higher than 68.97% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMD of lumbar spine L2-4 and femoral neck of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the BMD of lumbar spine L2-4 and femoral neck in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-made Bushen Zhuanggu recipe has significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of PMOP,and can effectively improve the BMD of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
