阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Agatroban Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的观察阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选择2019年8月至2020年7月我院收治的100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,分为两组各50例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗。两组患者均持续治疗7 d。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗7 d后的血液流变学指标(FIB、ESR、HCT)和神经功能(NIHSS评分)。结果治疗前,两组患者的FIB、ESR、HCT水平及NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,两组患者的FIB、ESR、HCT水平及NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的FIB、ESR、HCT水平及NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中效果显著,可明显改善患者的血液流变学指标,减轻患者神经功能损伤,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of argatroban combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with argatroban combined with aspirin.Both groups were treated for 7 days continuously.The hemorheological indicators(FIB,ESR,HCT)and neurological function(NIHSS score)before treatment and after 7 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the FIB,ESR and HCT levels and NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the FIB,ESR and HCT levels and NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the FIB,ESR and HCT levels and NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Argatroban combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has significant effect,and can significantly improve the hemorheological indicators,and reduce the neurological damage of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
