正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的有效性研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Orthodontics Combined with Restoration in the Treatment of Patients with Dentition Defect Complicated with Dentition Deformity

目的分析正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的效果。方法选取2016年9月至2019年9月我院收治的60例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,依据治疗方案不同分为研究组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规修复方案,研究组则采用正畸联合修复治疗,在修复牙齿前行正畸治疗,依据患者具体情况,正畸与修复时间间隔5~12个月。比较两组的疗效、牙齿功能及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的优良率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。研究组牙齿功能评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者能够显著提升治疗效果,改善牙齿功能,安全性较高,利于患者预后。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of orthodontics combined with restoration in the treatment of patients with dentition defect complicated with dentition deformity.Methods 60 patients with dentition defect complicated with dentition deformity admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment plans,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine restoration plan,and the study group received orthodontics combined with restoration.Orthodontic treatment was performed before tooth restoration.The time interval between orthodontics and restoration was 5 to 12 months depending on patients’specific situation.The efficacy,tooth function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was 93.3%,higher than 73.3% of the control group(P<0.05).The tooth function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontics combined with restoration in the treatment of patients with dentition defect complicated with dentition deformity can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve the dental function,with higher safety,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
