丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Sodium Valproate Combined with Levetiracetam in the Treatment of Epilepsy

目的分析丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年6月我院收治的癫痫患者80例,依据治疗方式不同平均分为试验组和对照组。两组均采用常规对症治疗。对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用左乙拉西坦治疗。观察两组的疗效以及治疗前后的临床指标。结果试验组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组癫痫发作次数、癫痫样放电次数少于对照组,癫痫发作持续时间短于对照组,累及导联数水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫患者的效果较好,能有效减少癫痫发作次数,缩短发作持续时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods 80 cases of patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to June 2019 were selected and equally divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with sodium valproate,while the experimental group was treated with levetiracetam on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and the clinical indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the times of epileptic attack,and times of epileptic discharge in the experimental group were fewer than those in the control group,the epileptic attack duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the involved lead number level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam has better effect in the treatment of patients with epilepsy,and can effectively reduce the times of epileptic attack,and shorten the epileptic attack duration,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
