Vitapex联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎合并牙髓病变的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Vitapex Combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Periodontitis Complicated with Pulp Lesions

目的探讨Vitapex联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎合并牙髓病变的效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年12月我院收治的牙周炎合并牙髓病变患者96例,随机分为对照组(n=48,行碘甘油联合常规根管治疗)和观察组(n=48,行Vitapex联合盐酸米诺环素治疗)。比较两组的牙周情况[牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)]、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]水平、总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组的GI、PD、PLI、BI、CRP、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组的GI、PD、PLI、BI、CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组近期及远期不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎合并牙髓病变的疗效较好,可显著改善患者的牙周功能和炎性指标,降低近期和远期不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of Vitapex combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of periodontitis complicated with pulp lesions.Methods 96 patients with periodontitis complicated with pulp lesions admitted to our hospital from January2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=48,iodine glycerin combined with routine root canal therapy)and observation group(n=48,Vitapex combined with minocycline hydrochloride).The periodontal conditions[gingival index(GI),probing depth of periodontal pocket(PD),plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI)],inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)],total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the GI,PD,PLI,Bi,CRP and TNF-αlevels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the GI,PD,PLI,Bi,CRP and TNF-αlevels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The short-term and long-term incidences of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vitapex combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of periodontitis complicated with pulp lesions has better efficacy,which can significantly improve the periodontal function and inflammatory indicators,and reduce the short-term and long-term incidences of adverse reactions.
