早期肠内营养支持对重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效及安全性探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Early Enteral Nutrition Support in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析早期肠内营养支持对重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2019年1月至2020年3月我院收治的125例重症急性胰腺炎患者,根据不同的营养支持方式分为两组。A组(65例)接受早期肠内营养支持,B组(60例)接受常规肠外营养支持,对比两组患者的治疗效果和并发症情况。结果营养支持第7 d、14 d,两组的TFN、PA、ALB水平高于入院时,A组的TFN、PA、ALB水平高于B组(P<0.05)。A组的排气排便恢复时间、腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间短于B组(P<0.05)。A组的并发症发生率为4.62%,明显低于B组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持可缩短重症急性胰腺炎患者的住院时间,促进其胃肠功能快速恢复,改善机体营养状况,减少并发症发生,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of early enteral nutrition support in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 125 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different nutrition support methods.Group A(65 cases)received early enteral nutritional support,and group B(60 cases)received routine exteral nutritional support.The treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results On the 7 thand 14 thday of nutritional support,the TFN,PA and ALB levels of the two groups were higher than those on admission,and the TFN,PA and ALB levels of group A were higher than those of group B(P<0.05).The recovery time of exhaust and defecation,remission time of abdominal distension,recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalization time in group A were shorter than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was 4.62%,significantly lower than 16.67% in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support for patients with severe acute pancreatitis can shorten the hospitalization time,promote the rapid recovery of intestinal function,improve the nutritional status,and reduce the complications,which is worthy of promotion.
