弹力带抗阻运动对改善冠心病患者心肺功能、运动能力效果的meta分析 被引量:8

Meta-analysis of the effect of elastic band resistance exercise on improving cardiopulmonary function and exercise ability in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的系统评价弹力带抗阻运动改善冠心病患者心肺功能、运动能力的效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普网、万方、中国生物医学数据库关于以弹力带进行抗阻运动对改善冠心病患者心肺功能、运动能力的研究,检索日期自建库至2020年10月。由两位研究者独立进行质量评价与资料提取,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析。根据运动干预措施分为弹力带抗阻运动组和对照组。结果共纳入12篇随机对照试验。与对照组比较,弹力带抗阻运动组患者的峰值摄氧量[MD=4.01,95%CI(2.62,5.41),P<0.00001]、无氧阈[MD=2.35,95%CI(2.01,2.69),P<0.00001]、左心室射血分数[MD=8.35,95%CI(5.42,11.28),P<0.00001]明显提高,6分钟步行试验距离明显延长[MD=59.09,95%CI(32.52,85.66),P<0.0001]。结论有弹力带抗阻运动参与的心脏康复较其他运动方式在改善冠心病患者心肺功能、运动能力的康复治疗上具有更显著的效果。 Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of elastic band resistance exercise on improving cardiopulmonary function and exercise ability in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A computer search was conducted on PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and China Biomedical Database on the improvement of cardiopulmonary function and exercise ability of patients with coronary heart disease by elastic band resistance exercise.The retrieval time was from inception to October 2020.Two researchers independently conducted quality assessment and data extraction,and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.According to the exercise intervention measures,they were divided into elastic band resistance exercise group and control group.Results A total of 12 randomized controlled trials were included.Compared with the control group,the peak oxygen uptake(MD=4.01,95%CI[2.62,5.41],P<0.00001),anoxic threshold(MD=2.35,95%CI[2.01,2.69],P<0.00001),left ventricular ejection fraction(MD=8.35,95%CI[5.42,11.28],P<0.00001)in the elastic band resistance exercise group was significantly increased,and the distance of six minute walking test was extended(MD=59.09,95%CI[32.52,85.66],P<0.0001).Conclusion Compared with other forms of exercise,elastic band resistance exercise has a more significant effect on improving cardiopulmonary function and exercise ability of patients with coronary heart disease.
