摘要
针对我国大型城市配电网未来面临的光伏消纳问题,以北京市某供电区域为对象,开展了考虑分布式光伏消纳的城市配电网规划实践。首先,根据规划约束条件,形成了考虑分布式光伏消纳的配电网规划方法和带优先级顺序的改造方案;然后开展了规划实践,依次对配电网现状进行了梳理、对光伏消纳进行了分析,结合负荷预测和光伏装机容量预测,提出了2030年城市配电网的规划方案,并给出了保护改造和升级应急抢修服务网络体系的具体措施;最后,总结了考虑光伏消纳的大型城市配电网规划建议。对于大型城市的配电网规划,研究成果集中在光伏对电压和供电可靠性的影响、光伏接入后保护的改造方案及常规网架结构的适应性等方面,具有参考价值。
Aiming at the problem of photovoltaic(PV)consumption in large-scale urban distribution network in the future,the power supply region within the urban area of Beijing is taken as an example,and the practice of urban distribution network planning considering distributed PV consumption is carried out.Firstly,according to the planning constraints,the network planning method considering distributed PV consumption as well as transformation schemes with priority order are proposed;secondly,the planning practice is taking out,the network current situation of the distribution network is combed,the photovoltaic consumption is analyzed,combined with the prediction of both load and PV install capacity,the network planning of the city in 2030 is proposed,and the transformation scheme of protection and establishment of emergency repairing service network system is given.Finally,this paper summarizes the planning suggestions of large-scale urban distribution network considering PV consumption.For the distribution network planning of large cities,this paper has reference value in the following aspects,influence of PV on voltage and power supply reliability,the transformation scheme of protection after PV accessing and the adaptability of conventional network structure.
