医学院校新生的适应性焦虑状况的影响因素及干预对策分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨医学院校新生的适应性焦虑状况的影响因素及干预对策。方法选择2019年9月—2021年9月,长春中医药大学的大一新生作为研究对象,共选择500名学生进行调查问卷,对医学院校新生的适应性焦虑状况影响因素进行分析,根据分析结果,对照组给予常规干预,试验组给予有效的团体心理辅导方案,比较两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分。结果 对500份问卷进行分析,发现 500名学生中,焦虑症80名,420名无焦虑症,焦虑症的影响因素主 要包括 :环境因素、人际交往因素、学习模式因素。结合影响焦虑症 相关因素,进行对应干预措施,干预前,试验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、 睡眠质量评分与对照组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);干预后, 试验组与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 根据 长春中医药大学的大一新生适应性焦虑状况的分析结果,对其进行团 体心理辅导方案,应用效果显著。 Objective To explore the influencing factors and intervention strategies of adaptive anxiety of medical college freshmen.Methods From September 2019 to September 2021,freshmen of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object.A total of 500 students were selected for questionnaire.The influencing factors of adaptive anxiety of medical college freshmen were analyzed.According to the analysis results,the control group was given routine intervention,and the experimental group was given effective group psychological counseling program.The anxiety,depression scores and sleep quality score of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Through the analysis of 500 questionnaires,80 cases of anxiety disorder and 420 cases of no anxiety disorder were found.The influencing factors of anxiety mainly included:environmental factors,interpersonal communication factors,learning mode factors.Combined related factors that affect anxiety,and carried out corresponding intervention measures,before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety score,depression score and sleep quality score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);after intervention,the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the analysis results of adaptability anxiety of freshmen in Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the group psychological counseling program is effective.
