综合康复治疗对长期住院精神分裂症的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Long-term Hospitalized Schizophrenia

目的研究分析综合康复治疗对长期住院精神分裂症的影响效果与价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在医院长期住院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者120例,按照入院前后顺序进行分组,其中60例作为对照组采用常规药物治疗,剩余60例作为试验组采用综合康复联合药物治疗,对比两组患者的阳/阴性症状情况、锥体外系副反应、生活质量与不良事件发生、社会功能情况。结果在不同治疗方案实施后,试验组阴性症状以及锥体外系副反应改善明显,生活质量与社会功能明显改善,不良事件发生率明显更低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者长期住院与外界接触往往较少,在长时间的治疗中仅仅依靠药物治疗虽然有一定的效果但是并不理想,采用综合康复治疗方式能够有效改善患者的症状反应,患者精神状态明显提高,生活质量显著改善,同时在院内不良事件发生率明显降低,综合康复治疗临床效果较好。

Objective To study and analyze the effect and value of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on long-term hospitalized schizophrenia.Methods 120 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order before and after admission.60 patients in the control group were treated with conventional drug treatment,and the remaining 60 patients as the experimental group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation combined with drug therapy.The positive/negative symptoms,extrapyramidal side effects,quality of life,adverse events and social function of the two groups were compared.Results After the implementation of different treatment schemes,the negative symptoms and extrapyramidal side effects of the experimental group were significantly improved,the quality of life and social function were significantly improved,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Schizophrenic patients with long-term hospitalization and contact with the outside world are often less.In the long-term treatment,only relying on drug treatment has a certain effect,but it is not ideal.The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the symptoms and reactions of patients,significantly improve the mental state of patients,significantly improve the quality of life,and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in the hospital.The clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is better.
