自拟安神汤、针刺联合治疗女性更年期失眠的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Self-made Anshen Decoction Combined With Acupuncture on Female Climacteric Insomnia

目的探讨女性更年期失眠采用自拟安神汤联合针刺治疗的效果。方法选取80例更年期失眠的患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,前者口服常规西药治疗,后者在常规治疗基础上自拟安神汤联合针刺治疗,对比两组患者的疗效及睡眠质量改善情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组与对照组患者的睡眠质量评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组与对照组患者的中医症候总积分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的中医症候总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更年期失眠患者采用自拟安神汤联合针刺治疗可帮助其改善失眠现象及症状,使其睡眠质量得到提升。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture on menopausal insomnia in women.Methods 80 cases of menopausal insomnia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,40 cases in each group.The former was treated with conventional western medicine and the latter was treated with Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment.The curative effect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05);before treatment, the comparison of sleep quality scores between the observation group and the control group showed no statistically significant difference between the groups (P > 0.05);after treatment, the sleep quality score of the patients in the group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05);before treatment, there was no significant difference in the total scores of TCM syndromes between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05);after treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes of the patients in the group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The self-made Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture treatment for menopausal patients with insomnia can help them improve insomnia and symptoms, and improve their sleep quality.
