小儿高热惊厥的急救护理体会

The Experience of First Aid and Nursing for Children With High Fever Convulsion

目的探究小儿高热惊厥中急救护理干预效果及体会。方法本次研究中的62例患儿均于2018年7月—2019年7月入医院进行急救及护理的高热惊厥患儿,随机分两组,入院后均实施相同的急救措施,对照组配合常规护理,研究组配合优质护理,对比两组患儿护理后并发症发生情况、护理质量评分以及家属对护理工作的满意情况。结果 两组患儿护理后虚脱、休克等并发症发生率对比来看, 研究组较低,两组患儿就护理质量评分对比,研究组较高,两组患 儿家属对护理工作的满意程度对比,研究组较高,差异有统计学意 义(P < 0.05)。结论 小儿高热惊厥急救中配合优质护理对于急救效 果的提升有非常重要的作用,能够提升患儿急救安全性,缓解患者 临床症状,提升康复效果。

Objective To explore the effect and experience of emergency nursing intervention in children with febrile convulsions.Methods The 62 children in this study were all admitted to our hospital for emergency treatment and nursing from July 2018 to July 2019,and were randomly divided into two groups.The same first aid measures were implemented after admission.The control group was cooperated with routine nursing,the research team was cooperated with high-quality nursing,and compared the incidence of complications after nursing,the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of family members with nursing work.Results Compared with the incidence of complications such as collapse and shock after nursing in the two groups,the study group was lower,the two groups were compared in terms of quality of care,and the research group was higher.Comparing the satisfaction degree of the family members of the two groups of children with nursing work,the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important to cooperate with high-quality nursing in the first aid for children with high fever and convulsions.It can improve the safety of first aid,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the rehabilitation effect.
