自创约束法在小儿支气管镜检查中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of Self Created Restraint Method in Children’s Bronchoscopy

目的探讨在小儿支气管镜检查中分别应用自创约束法与传统约束法的效果。方法选取自2019年2—12月来医院接受支气管镜检查或治疗的124例患儿进行研究,按照随机分组法,分为观察组与对照组。其中观察组64例患儿应用自创约束法,对照组60例患儿应用传统约束法,比较两组患儿平均检查所需时间、一次进镜成功率以及平均配合约束人数。结果观察组患儿平均检查所需时间(34.83±11.56)min,显著低于对照组(42.17±14.21)min,观察组患儿检查过程中平均配合约束人数(1.03±0.51)人明显少于对照组(2.51±0.52)人,观察组患儿一次进镜成功率(93.8%)显著高于对照组(81.7%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿支气管镜检查中应用自创约束法具有显著效果,不仅能够缩短患儿检查时间,还能提高其一次进镜成功率,节省人力资源。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made restraint method and traditional restraint method in bronchoscopy.Methods 124 cases of children with bronchoscopy from February to December 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.64 cases in the observation group were treated with self-made restraint method,while 60 cases in the control group were treated with traditional restraint method.The average examination time,the success rate of one entry and the average number of co-restraints were compared between the two groups of children.Results The average examination time of the observation group was(34.83±11.56)min,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(42.17±14.21)min.The average number of children in the observation group who cooperated with the restraint during the examination was(1.03±0.51)was significantly less than that of the control group(2.51±0.52).The success rate of one entry of the observation group(93.8%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made restraint method in bronchoscopy has significant effect,which can not only shorten the examination time of children,but also improve the success rate of one-time endoscopy and save human resources.
