摘要
了解“双一流”建设高校准硕士生在“空档期”的表现,能为准硕士生的教育服务及硕士生的培养模式改进提供实证依据。基于某“双一流”建设高校X大学2020级准硕士生的访谈,发现准硕士生通过不同程度的学业准备和素质提升度过“空档期”,其行为选择及结果受到自身需求、认知、学习动能以及反馈效度等内外在因素的影响。研究建议,学校应加强对准硕士生学习准备的引导;导师应积极对准硕士生予以建议和指导;准硕士生应基于自我认知和环境判断做出行为选择。
The study of the performance of prospective postgraduates in the gap period at"double first-class"universities can provide empirical evidence for the improvement of educational service and training mode for them.Based on the interviews with prospective postgraduates graduated in 2020 from a certain"double first-class"university,it is found that during the gap period,the prospective postgraduates make different academic preparations and conduct quality improvement.Their action choice and results are influenced by such internal and external factors as their own needs,cognitive ability,learning initiative and feedback validity.Therefore,this paper proposes that universities should strengthen guidance to study preparations,and supervisors should actively offer valuable suggestions and guidance,while the prospective postgraduates should take their action choice according to their own self-cognition and their understanding of the study environment.
