摘要 本文通过调研县域中学英语教师教学能力现状,摸清英语教师的教育教学现状,分析归纳存在的主要问题及产生原因,并深入分析制约教师教学能力提升的瓶颈因素,进而针对性地提出优秀教师所应具备的基本素养要求,并提出提升教学能力的有效途径及实现的相关办法和保障措施,从而揭示优秀的英语教师如何养成及对学生的重大影响。在探究提升中学英语教师教学能力的同时,也成为有效助力提高中学生英语水平的必要前提,以适应当代英语课堂教学的需要和未来人才培养的要求。 This paper investigates the current situation of the teaching ability of English teachers in middle schools in the county,finds out the current situation of the teaching of English teachers,and analyzes the main problems and their causes,and deeply analyzes the bottleneck factors that restrict the improvement of teachers'teaching ability,and then puts forward the basic quality requirements that excellent teachers should have to promote the teaching ability of the effective way and the implementation of the relevant measures and safeguards.Therefore,it reveals how the excellent English teachers develop and have a great influence on the students,and it becomes a necessary prerequisite for the effective promotion of the English level of the middle school students.In order to meet the needs of contemporary English classroom teaching and future personnel training requirements.
