改良OTD联合微格教学法在神经外科本科实习护生带教中的应用

Implementation of modified observation-teaching-discussion pedagogy combined with microteaching in baccalaureate nursing students practicing in the department of neurosurgery

目的提升神经外科本科实习护生评判性思维能力和出科考核成绩。方法将在神经外科实习的200名护理本科生按照时间分为对照组与研究组各100名,对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用改良OTD联合微格教学法进行带教。比较两组护生理论知识、操作技能及评判性思维能力。结果研究组护生护理理论、操作技能考核成绩及评判性思维能力得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论改良OTD联合微格教学法有助于提高护生的理论知识、操作技能,培养护生将评判性思维运用于临床实践的能力。

Objective To improve critical thinking ability and test performance of baccalaureate nursing students practicing in the department of neurosurgery.Methods Two hundred baccalaureate nursing students practicing in the department of neurosurgery were divided into two groups chronologically,with 100 in each group.The control group was given traditional clinical mentoring,while their counterparts in the intervention group received mentoring by adopting modified observation-teaching-discussion pedagogy combined with microteaching.Theoretical knowledge,technical skills and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,technical skills and critical thinking ability of nursing students in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Using modified OTD pedagogy in combination with microteaching can promote theoretical knowledge,technical skills,and critical thinking ability of nursing students.
