摘要
为了测定松针与苜蓿混合青贮对羔羊的生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,选择50只体重相近的哈萨克公羔羊,随机分为5组,各组日粮精粗比为50∶50,混合青贮饲料占粗饲料的70%。松针在混合青贮(鲜重基础)中的比例分别为0%(Ⅰ组)、5%(Ⅱ组)、10%(Ⅲ组)、20%(Ⅳ组)、30%(Ⅴ组)。结果表明:(1)羔羊平均日增重随苜蓿混合青贮中松针比例的提高而逐渐降低,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与Ⅴ组差异不明显(P>0.05)。各组间干物质采食量无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组料重比显著低于Ⅴ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与Ⅴ组差异不明显(P>0.05)。(2)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重、净肉率和肉骨比无显著差异(P>0.05),且均显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。各组间羔羊的眼肌面积没有受到影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,在本试验条件下,用松针与苜蓿混合青贮饲喂羔羊是可行的,但混合青贮中松针的比例不应超过20%。
To evaluate the effect of pine needles and alfalfa mixed silage on growth and slaughter performence of lambs,fifty male Kazakh lambs were divided into 5 groups by similar body weight.Lambs were fed diets with a 50:50 concentrate to roughage ratio,mixed silage was 70%in roughage feed(dry matter basis).The percentage of pine needles in mixed silage(fresh matter basis)were 0(groupⅠ),5%(groupⅡ),10%(groupⅢ),20%(groupⅥ),30%(groupⅤ),respectively.The results showed(1)with the increasing ratio of pine needles,average daily gain(ADG)of lambs gradually decreased.ADG in groupⅠand groupⅡwere significantly higher than groupⅤ(P<0.05),with ADG in groupsⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴhaving no significant difference(P>0.05).Dry matter intake(DMI)showed no significant difference among the five groups(P>0.05).The ratio of feed to gain(F/G)in groupⅠ,Ⅱwere significantly lower than groupⅤ(P<0.05),but F/G in groupsⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴhad no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Carcass weight,slaughter rate,meat weight,meat percentage and ratio of meat to bone in groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere significantly higher than groupⅤ(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the four groups(P>0.05).Eye muscle area(EMA)was not affected by addition ratio of pine needles in mixed silage(P>0.05).In conclusion,under this experiment conditions,it is feasible to feed lamb by using pine needles and alfalfa mixed silage.However,the proportion of pine needles in mixed silage should not exceed 20%.
