摘要
中药真菌毒素是存在于中药中的真菌天然产生的含毒性次级代谢产物。从中药的种植到临床使用,每一个过程均存在产生真菌毒素的风险,从而对人类健康构成危害。随着检测技术的不断发展,中药真菌毒素残留问题日益受到关注。综述中药真菌毒素的来源、特点及检测方法,以期为有效监管中药质量安全、减少真菌毒素侵染提供参考。
Mycotoxin of traditional Chinese medicine is a toxic secondary metabolite naturally produced by fungi in traditional Chinese medicine.From the planting of traditional Chinese medicine to its clinical use,every process has the risk of mycotoxin production,thus posing a hazard to human health.With the development of detection technology,many countries pay more and more attention to mycotoxin residues in traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the writer introduces the sources,characteristics and detection methods of mycotoxins commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for effective supervision of quality and safety of Traditional Chinese medicine and reduction of mycotoxin infection.
