摘要
针对渤海油田生产返排液,以新型絮凝剂GT01为评价对象,开展了污染物去除和絮凝效果的室内评价实验,并对规模化处理条件下絮凝剂的最佳用量进行了优化。结果表明:新型絮凝剂除油、去浊效果显著,COD和氨氮去除率(质量浓度)可以达到90%和95%;絮凝固体沉降速度较快,凝集物无黏性,不沾水性强;使用中不须调节pH值,可减少处理过程中酸、碱药剂的使用,节约处理成本的同时避免后续废盐的大量产生;絮凝剂最佳使用量(质量浓度)为200 mg·L^(-1),上清通过后续处理能够达到外排水水质要求。研究表明该絮凝剂可大范围用于渤海油田生产返排液的处理,同时为其他类似返排液处理选择絮凝剂提供参考和依据。
For the flowback fluid of Bohai oilfield,a laboratory evaluation experiment of pollutant removal and flocculation effect was carried out with a new flocculant GT01 as the evaluation object,and application test was performed on site in large-scale.The results showed that the flocculant had significant oil removal effect and turbidity removal effect,and COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rates reached 90%and 95%;The flocculated solids settled quickly,and the agglomerates were non-sticky and non-stick;it was not necessary to adjust the pH value during the treat process,which reduced the amount of acid and alkali chemicals,saved the treatment cost and avoided the subsequent generation of large amounts of waste salt.The optimal amount of flocculant was 200 mg·L-1,and the supernatant met the discharged water quality requirements through subsequent processing.The research shows that the flocculant can be widely used in the treatment of the flowback fluid in Bohai oilfield,and it also provides the basis and reference for the selection of other similar flocculants.
