胶粉对聚苯颗粒/水泥复合材料的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在普通硅酸盐水泥中掺杂聚苯颗粒,胶粉为添加剂,制备聚苯颗粒/水泥复合保温材料。改变胶粉加入方式和加入量,研究其对复合材料的干密度、吸水率、抗折强度、抗压强度等性能的影响,以优化复合保温材料的制备工艺。结果表明:胶粉的添加方式和加入量对复合材料的干密度和吸水率影响不大,但对抗折强度和抗压强度有一定影响。采用先加入水泥和胶粉再加入聚苯颗粒的方式制备的复合材料的综合性能较佳,当胶粉加入量为6.12 g时,养护28 d的复合材料的干密度为1 280 kg·m^(-3),吸水率为7.8%,抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到5.9 MPa和17.3 MPa。 Polystyrene particles/cement composite thermal insulation materials were prepared by mixing polystyrene particles with gelatine powder as additive in common portland cement. In order to optimize the preparation process of composite thermal insulation material, the effect of gelatine powder addition on dry density, water absorption, flexural strength and compressive strength of the composite was studied. The results showed that the way and amount of adding gelatine powder had little effect on dry density and water absorption, but had some effect on flexural strength and compressive strength. The composite prepared by adding cement and polystyrene particles before adding gelatine powder had better comprehensive properties. When the amount of gelatine powder was 6.12 g, the dry density of the composite cured for 28 d was 1 280 kg·m^(-3) and the water absorption was 7.8%. The flexural strength and compressive strength reached 5.9 MPa and 17.3 MPa, respectively.
