摘要
针对胜利油田回注污水引起的管线腐蚀问题,采用静态阻垢法和静态挂片实验,优选了适合回注污水水质的阻垢剂和缓蚀剂,并研究了涂层对管线的保护性能。结果表明:对于胜利油田回注污水,水溶性阻垢剂MS-2加量大于15 mg·L^(-1)时,阻垢率达到95.6%以上,当吸附膜性缓蚀剂KYX-3使用质量浓度≥40 mg·L^(-1)时,污水腐蚀速率均在0.025mm·a-1以下,缓蚀率可达90%以上;复合涂层耐腐蚀效果极佳,钢片腐蚀后表面光滑,没有明显的腐蚀现象。
In order to solve the problem of pipeline corrosion caused by the reinjection of sewage in Shengli oilfield, static scale inhibition method and static coupon experiment were adopted, and scale and corrosion inhibitors suitable for reinjection sewage water quality were selected, and the protective performance of the coating on pipelines was studied. The results showed that for Shengli oilfield reinjection sewage, when the amount of water-soluble scale inhibitor MS-2 was greater than 15 mg·L^(-1), the scale inhibition rate reached more than 95.6%. When the mass concentration of the adsorbent membrane corrosion inhibitor KYX-3 was more than 40 mg·L^(-1), the sewage corrosion rate was below 0.025 mm·a-1, and the corrosion inhibition rate was more than 90%;the composite coating had excellent corrosion resistance, and the surface of the steel sheet was smooth after corrosion without obvious corrosion.
