聚乙烯/木材复合材料的性能研究

摘要 聚乙烯/木材复合材料(PE/WPC)是一种绿色环保的新型复合材料,研究和应用广泛。由于组成材料本身的缺陷以及相容性等问题的存在,使得PE/WPC的室内外使用性能并没有那么理想,对此,国内外科研工作者们做出了大量的工作,试图改进PE/WPC的各方面性能。介绍了近年来对于PE/WPC的力学性能、吸水性能、热稳定性、阻燃性能以及耐久耐候性方面改进的一些方法以及研究进展,对PE/WPC的性能改进研究进行了简单的论述,也为将来PE/WPC性能的继续优化提供了可参考的理论依据。 Polyethylene/wood composite(PE/WPC) is a new kind of green and environment-friendly composite material, which is widely studied and applied. Due to the defects of the constituent materials and compatibility between them, the indoor and outdoor performance of PE/WPC is not so ideal. Therefore, researchers at home and abroad have made a lot of work to improve the performance of PE/WPC. In this paper, some improving methods and research progress of the mechanical properties, water absorption, thermal stability, flame retardant performance and weather resistance of PE/WPC in recent years were introduced. The research on the performance improvement of PE/WPC was briefly discussed. The paper can provide some reference for the further optimization of PE/WPC performance in the future.
