探讨赛络集聚纺粘胶特细号纱的生产要点。分析了纤维细度、梳理针布表面处理对成纱质量的影响,通过优选纤维原料、合理调控工艺、选配专件器材、加强工艺管理、采用赛络集聚纺等技术措施,最终成功开发出符合质量要求的R 5.4 tex赛络集聚纱。认为:选用1.00 dtex粘胶纤维、表面强化梳理针布以及选择合理的工艺,可有效提升赛络集聚纺粘胶特细号纱的成纱质量和生产效率。

Production key points of siro compact spinning viscose superfine yarn were discussed.The influence of fiber fineness and card clothing surface treatment on yarn quality was analyzed.Through optimization of fiber raw material,reasonable control technology,selection of special equipment,strengthening process management,adopting siro compact spinning and other technical measures,R 5.4 tex siro compact yarn that meet quality requirements was finally successfully developed.It is considered that yarn quality and production efficiency of siro compact spinning viscose yarn can be effectively improved through selection of 1.00 dtex viscose fiber,surface enhanced card clothing and reasonable technology.
